Problem Note 55415: Creating a diagram fails, a "No such file or directory" error is displayed in the web log file

When you try to create a diagram in SAS® Enterprise Miner™, creation might fail. The problem occurs when these conditions are true:
- the middle tier is on a UNIX operating system
- the workspace server is on a Windows server operating system
The following error is displayed in the SASEnterpriseMiner13.1.log file under SASConfig/Levn/Web/Logs:
ERROR [userid] com.sas.analytics.eminer.midtier.services.impl.MiningDiagram - getHTTPSessionCookieName()./sasconfig/Levn/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer11_1\conf\context.xml (No such file or directory)
